If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the plant(s) must be in the same condition as received and accompanied by the original packaging.

3. Healthy Plant Assurance: We guarantee the health of our plants upon delivery. We will either replace the plant or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

4. Live Arrival Guarantee: We understand the excitement of receiving new plants. To ensure the well-being of your green friends, we offer a live arrival guarantee. If your plants don’t arrive in good condition, we’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost.

5. Exclusions: Our return policy does not cover perishable items, such as seeds, and certain non-plant products. Additionally, custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless there is a defect or error on our part.
